VerEx Open-Source Projects

VerEx believes in supporting the developer community by hosting open-source code that may be generally useful. Such code sharing reduces development time, improves software quality, and ultimately makes software more pleasant and productive for end-users.

Current open-source projects are shown in the table below. Click a project name to download that project. All source code is public-domain, and provided "as-is" without any warranty.

Array Utilities 2006-APR-10 REALbasic A module of additional array methods, including slice operations, numerical calculations, cloning and concatenation, and more.
Graphic Utilities 2006-OCT-13 REALbasic A module of methods on pictures, colors, and related graphical goodies. Note: still under active development, and interfaces still in flux.
String Utilities 2007-MAR-15 REALbasic A module of string functions: Chop, Contains, various quoted/RegEx versions of NthField and Split, EditDistance, EndsWith, Hash, HexB, InStrReverse, padding, SoundEx, and much more.
ROTOR 2006-JUN-28 REALbasic REALbasic Open Test Of Regression -- a regression test suite that helps us, as a community, help REAL Software find and track bugs, and make sure that once they've been fixed, they stay fixed.
